Results!

This was my first time having to use a collection agencies service and was quite skeptical. We placed a claim with CCS and within weeks there were positive results with a recovery. Obviously glad to get the money in the door but more importantly we retained our customer. I think it was due to the approach CCS took in collecting the money. They were able to balance the sensitivity of our account being placed with an agency, recover what was owed ( at a nominal fee) while keeping our business relationship in tact!!! Hopefully we will never have a need again but if we do, we will be sure to call on CCS.
